Any Non-Banking Finance Company eligible under the aforementioned eligibility for membership rule shall be admitted as a member of the association by the Managing Committee, provided the Company submits an application in writing on the prescribed form, supported by a board resolution of the Company signed by the person authorised by the Company for that purpose, and accompanied by payment of required fees.

After receiving a properly completed application for admission, the Secretary must notify the members by posting a brief summary of the application's details on the notice board. After fully informing the Managing Committee members, the Secretary must add the admission to the agenda of the following Managing Committee meeting. The application may be accepted or denied by the Managing Committee.
